Description and Artwork Identification: The design is inspired by motifs from pottery of the Seljuk era, 10th-12th century AH, derived from the stories of the Shahnameh by Ferdowsi.

Explanation of Execution Technique: The underglaze technique involves painting on pottery with various metallic colorants. If needed, the sgraffito (scratching) technique is utilized. A layer of clear, colorless glaze is then applied, and it is fired again in the kiln at the appropriate temperature.
