Cork and cotton paper table lamp

Original handmade bedside lamp made with cotton paper & cork. Perfect as desk or reading lamp. Natural materials inspired by a sustainable lifestyle.

Pedro, member of Folclore Gifts team, was responsible for the concept, the design and all the handcraft techniques used to transform beautiful and natural materials into a unique design piece.

This lamp uses very special materials. The cork used is a byproduct of cork rings’ production at our workshop (check here). Usually it’s transformed into cork grains and used to make granulated cork products. This is a very original and unique way of using it.
Cork is eco-friendly, 100% natural, renewable, recyclable and biodegradable.

Cotton paper was produced by a Portuguese company that made paper from cotton waste coming from textile companies
