We can provide test certificates upon request, and our pieces are nickel-free, lead-free, and

Q: Do you accept custom designs?
A: Absolutely! We support OEM & ODM orders. You can send us your design/sketch or even just
an idea, and our team will help bring it to life.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For in-stock items, there is no MOQ for test quality— you can order even just 1 piece.
A: Custom 925 silver jewelry: MOQ 30 pieces per design.
A: Custom gold jewelry: MOQ 1 piece.
Q: What’s your production and delivery time?
A: In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 days.
A: Custom orders: Ship within 15 days after CAD drawing is confirmed (depends on design and
quantity).
A: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), Trade Assurance (Alibaba), and Western Union and so on.
Q: Do you offer after-sales service?
A: Yes, after-sales service: whole life.
A: Before shipping jewelry, we carry out QC (quality control) checks to ensure no defects.
A: In the event that the product is damaged during use, you may return it and we will arrange for
repairs (We only charge a small repair fee).
